Traditional Broker: Will come to your home and put the lockbox on in two minutes. They will arrange for a sign company to install a sign.

SHOWING YOUR HOME:
Traditional Broker: Will call you to arrange for a showing when it is requested. The phone tag begins! When you have connected with the Realtor to let them know whether or not the showing is acceptable, they will call the other Realtor, and confirm or reschedule the showing, and call you back. The prospective buyer and buyer broker will use the lockbox to let themselves in. The listing broker seldom actually shows your home.

The Preoh Advantage: When someone wants to see your home and they have a Realtor, their Realtor will call you directly to make arrangements, and they will use the lockbox to get into the house. You can be present for showings, or not. Unlike the traditional Realtor, if you prefer not to be there but want someone in the home while it is being shown, you can have a Preoh agent show the home for you for a nominal fee.
