OFFER PROCESS

WHEN YOU RECEIVE AN OFFER:
Traditional Broker: Will receive the offer, and should pass it along to you quickly. They will usually have an opinion about the offer, and often they are more committed to making a deal than serving your interests.

The Preoh Advantage: You will receive your offer quickly. All offers must be in writing, and are typically emailed. Your Preoh agent will email you the offer, and any details that come with the offer. They will follow up with a phone call to discuss the offer with you. With Preoh, you are in control, and you will make all decisions regarding the offer and how it meets your goals.


NEGOTIATIONS
Traditional Broker: Will often be working for the deal, and may lose sight of your goals in the negotiation process.

The Preoh Advantage: Preoh's goals are your goals. You will call all the shots during your negotiations, and Preoh will process the information quickly. Preoh will not pressure you. You have all the pertinent information about the market at your fingertips in your personal dashboard. Preoh will provide fair and honest advice.


The Preoh Advantage: Preoh will accept the earnest money check, but when contracts are signed, all deposits will be transferred to your attorney.
