Preoh gives you the technology you need to conduct your home search. We have designed a powerful buyer's app that is not available anywhere else. When you want guidance, you get it from your Preoh Agent, who is a licensed, experienced Realtor. They don’t work for commission.
Your Preoh Representative will always be there for you to offer all the advice and guidance that you want, and to present your offer, conduct negotiations and help put the deal together. Then they will assist in fulfilling all obligations to keep the deal moving along to a successful close. Preoh gives you the choice of two programs:
BUYER GETS HALF THE COMMISSION:
For the independent buyer who feels comfortable going to Open Houses and asking selling brokers to show homes, Preoh is delighted to offer
support, advice and guidance. If there is a home you want to visit and cannot get in any other way, Preoh will show you the home for $25.00.
Your representative will also go to a home you are interested in, alone or with you, to give their opinion of value and negotiating strategy
for $25.00. The buyer broker normally must open the home for the Building Inspection. The charge for this is $75.00, as most inspections
run a few hours. The final walk-through is a charge of $25.00.
Preoh keeps costs down so we can give half of the commission back to our clients.
BUYER GETS A QUARTER OF THE COMMISSION:
For the buyer who wants a little more personal service and still wants to share the commission, Preoh will show you homes of your choice.
To enter this program, you must have a prequalification from a reputable lender. You are free to select your lender,
or Preoh offers a list of lenders who will provide special services and discounts to Preoh Buyers.
