You can activate and monitor searches in several towns. Maybe you would accept a smaller home if it were in a specific school district or town - or perhaps when you calculate the cost of a commute and time spent on the road, you have different price parameters in different towns. That is exactly what the Buyers App is designed to help with. You get information based on your priorities, which Preoh understands can be different or change as you become familiar with the market.
From your personal dashboard, you can access all the property information that is available from Trulia, Zillow, and Realtor.com, in addition to the MLS information and photos. You set up your searches, and review the results at your convenience. In addition to specific homes, you have access to Town Profiles and School Ratings.

Properties currently on the market: You can search town by town, or by neighborhood. You can save properties to your dashboard, and then compare them, accessing several sites from your personal dashboard. If you are not finding the features you want in your price range you simply expand the criteria, look in different towns, or modify your search parameters without having to leave the Preoh site. You have all of the information from multiple sources about every property at your fingertips.
Properties that have recently sold: When you search properties, Preoh automatically provides you with sold property data. From your dashboard you can see properties that meet your criteria, and what they sold for per square foot, how long they have been on the market, what the taxes are, and many other details. Unlike many other sites, Preoh gives you all the details, not just a synopsis.
Save what you want: You can save properties of interest, and discard the others. They will be waiting for you when you next sign in so you can compare them to newly sold or new to the market, and continue to narrow your search.
Questions about a property? You have two options. From the property display in your dashboard, you can send an email, asking a question about the property, and you will receive an email with the answers. OR, you can call or email your Preoh Agent with your questions. Your Preoh Agent is always available to help you navigate the home search.
Saved Property Alerts: When you save an active property in your dashboard, you will automatically be alerted about Open Houses and Price changes, and new listings that meet similar criteria. You don't have to keep checking, Preoh delivers it to your dashboard!
